About the Host

Charles Wainer built his first company from scratch, scaled it, sold it, and did it again. Then again. Across five decades in business he has led a Nasdaq-listed company, built and sold a last-mile delivery operation that ran through COVID and earned a national FedEx award, developed real estate in multifamily and senior care, and retired three times, each time returning for a better opportunity.

He does not teach theory. He teaches from the ledger, from deals that worked and deals that didn't, and from the hard-won perspective of someone who has sat on every side of the table. His current work centers on boutique senior care development and multifamily syndications through The Wainers Investment Group.

Open Mic Wednesdays exists because the most valuable financial conversations Charles has ever had happened in rooms most people never get access to. He is opening that room. Every other Wednesday. For free.
